Acting as the office secretary, provide general secretarial and administrative support to Accountants and Auditors, assisting in the efficient operation and smooth running of the office on a day to day basis.

|Qualifications required:||Secretarial Studies or other relevant qualification
Fluency in Greek, English and Russian, written and oral is a must
A diploma in Accounting studies will be considered as advantage
At least 3 year of experience in a similar role
Solid administrative experience working in a corporate environment
Advanced working knowledge of, and skill in, standard software applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organizational skills and time management skills
Attention to detail
Willingness to take on more responsibilities
