1.  Trainee Store Supervisor – Paphos

The role:
The main responsibility of the role will be to provide quality customer service and support to subscribers and prospective clients. Furthermore, promote products and services of the Company in a favorable manner.

Responsibilities: 

  • You’ll be guiding customers through the sales and post-sale process to ensure their longevity and satisfaction
  • Support the day to day jobs within the shop under the supervision and direction of the CSP Supervisor
  • Coordinate with the CSP Supervisor in regards to following up on qualitative and quantitative targets’ achievement and delegation of in-store jobs
  • Develop, coach and inspire your team creating a results-focused environment
  • Manage employee expectations and training
  • Meet sales and other targets (bill payments, modifications, etc.)
  • Responsible for KPIs,  stock availability and customer service
  • Successfully working alongside business partners and developing relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Strong management potential, looking for the next career challenge

Knowledge/Education:

  • University Degree or College Diploma (Business Management, Marketing, Social or Economic studies)
  • 1 or 2 years’ of experience in Retail environment, ideally within an IT work environment. Proven experience as a team leader or Supervisor will be considered as an advantage
  • Experience with direct reports will be considered as an advantage
  • Exceptional leadership potential with the ability to work well with others in a motivational manner
  • Basic knowledge of GSM technology and services
  • Clear communication skills, and the ability to relate to different people
  • Fluent in English and Greek. Russian language will be considered an asset

2. Accounts Receivable Analyst (Finance Department) – Nicosia

 

The role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various monthly reports and reconciliations of accounting system with external systems, assist during the month-end closing processes and assist the Accounts Receivable Finance Manager with the daily operations. Critical success of this role includes flexibility and a strong desire to learn in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for the preparation of quality reconciliations of accounting system with other internal systems
  • Responsible for the timely identification, escalation and resolution of any discrepancies
  • Assist during the implementation of various systems
  • Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports; ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Responsible for the maintenance and further development of existing reports and reconciliations
  • Ensure that all reports are prepared based on the internal requirements
  • Assist during month-end and year-end close closing processes
  • Responsible for performing variance analysis, as requested
  • Assist in timely completions of internal and external audits
  • Assist in ensuring that procedures are followed and propose improvements
  • Assist in various projects as assigned
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Knowledge/Education:

  • BSc in Accounting, Finance or any other relevant field
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA) in progress with more than half of subjects completed
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Working experience of accounting principles and practices will be considered as an advantage
  • Telecoms industry experience will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Greek

3.  CAPEX Project Senior Analyst – Nicosia

 

The role:
Main responsibilities of the role include analysis of strategic objectives and translation into capital projects to achieve these objectives; Capital Project Budget Management and Monitoring of Project completion and capitalization; contribute to the Effective Asset Management of the Company by managing assets utilization and maximization of the ROI of all assets; the coordination with CAPEX sponsors and budget owners in relation to Cost Efficiency Programs, Analysis of Financial Returns, Capex impact on Cash Forecast & Tracking, contribution to monthly performance pack and Forecast support.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the process that ensures that all Capital Projects are managed and implemented according to MTN Capital projects Management Toolkit, from Initiation to closure
  • Track and control projects financial performance using the capitalization methodology
  • Control, monitor and report the utilization of approved project budgets, ensuring that expenditure is in line with agreements and SLA’s and determining methods and initiatives to maximize cost/benefit ratios
  • Define and upgrade cost efficiency KPIs and reports
  • Monthly report on Technology Area efficiency programs
  • Support on investment appraisal process including the proper preparation for investment approval committees
  • Generate monthly report on financial returns
  • Business case analysis with financial KPIs like NPV, IRR, ROI, Payback periods, etc
  • Provide forecast of Capex impact on cash aligned to Financial Planning Cycle
  • Monthly report of Capex impact on cash vs forecast

Knowledge/Education:

  • BA in Finance / Accounting / Economics or related
  • Post graduate degree in Finance / Accounting/ Engineering OR Professional Qualification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc)
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience on Financial analysis, cost control and/or knowledge of Telecom industry would be considered an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of Financial Analysis, Planning & Reporting tools/methodology & Projects decision making KPIs
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Very good knowledge of English
