1.  Funds Administration – Accountant

Job title : Funds Administration – Accountant
Job description: Ref. No. ATG04-10-2015

Overview
The Funds Administrator/Accountant is primarily responsible for the day to day accounting of Alternative Funds (AIF) using specialised Funds Administrations software.
The position entails the calculation of the NAV of the portfolio of investments and communicating with the investors.

Key areas of Responsibility:
• Maintaining register of Investors.
• Allocation of Investment units to New investors
• Liaising with Fund Manger and Prime brokers for the funds flow and investments
• Reconciliation of statements from Prime brokers and the bank
• Obtaining prices of securities and calculating of monthly NAV.
• Reporting to Funds Manager
• Reporting to CY S.E.C,
• Reporting to Investors

Number of persons required: 1
Qualifications required: Education/Experience:
• University Degree in Finance and Accounting
• Professional Qualifications in ACCA or ACA
• Funds Administration Qualifications will be considered an advantage.
• At least 3-5 years experience in Corporate Administration.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics:

• Fluency in the English and Greek language.
• Fluency in Russian will be considered an advantage
• Motivated to build a career in Funds Industry.
• Have the ability to take initiative.
• Be a good team player.
• The ability to communicate with individuals at all levels and of all cultures.
• Have strong organisational, administration and time management skills.
• Have the confidence to liaise with clients and associates.

Overview
The successful candidate will support the Chief Executive Officer by providing executive personal assistance and secretarial support.

The position entails liaising with the heads of all departments, coordinating team members, diary and agenda management, internal and external correspondence, and managing projects.

Reporting to:
The Chief Executive Officer

Key areas of Responsibility:
• Management of CEO’s calendar – scheduling meetings, coordination and handling of conflicting appointments, keeping calendar updated
• Handling of incoming mail, telephone calls, conference calls, meetings with external parties
• Administrative support to CEO and his team
• Control of confidential data
• Arranging CEO’s trips, contacting travel agents, booking flights/hotels, arranging meetings program of the trip etc.

• Working with CEO and other departments on internal company projects and procedures.
