Office Administrator/ Receptionist wanted – Larnaca



We are a leading and dynamic Legal Company, operating a boutique Law Firm based in Larnaca, and we would like to employ a young individual for the position of the Office Administration/Receptionist.

Requirements for the position

• Degree from an English speaking College/University in Secretarial Studies
• Excellent command of Greek and English languages
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication
• Support and provide superior service via phone and e-mail as a receiver and caller
• Ability to communicate with people of different cultures
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
• Customer service orientation
• Attention to detail
• High degree of self confidence
• Previous experience
• Pleasant personality
• Excellent command of Russian and/or Polish language will be considered as an advantage
