We are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced individual for the position of Office Administrator in MPA PROPERTY Promoters & Consultants Ltd offices.
• General office administration. (receiving guests, customer hospitality while in the office, responsible for all required supplies and stationery).
• Administration of procurement documentation and interaction with finance.
• Administration support for all Customers during business hours.
• Administration support for all employees.
• Administration of internal meetings, presentations and follow up.
• Reviews all escalated customer cases and informs Director accordingly.
• Any other task to be assigned by Director.
• Secondary School Final Certificate.
• College Diploma in office Administration will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent command of MS Office.
• Fluent written and spoken Greek and English.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Motivated and self-learner.
• Creative in work.
• Communication skills & relationship builder.
• Part Time
• Working Hours: 09:00 – 14:00 (Monday – Friday)
• Salary: 4 euro per hour
