OB VACANCY – OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/SECRETARIAL POSITION

A law firm with its main office situated in the Nicosia city center and an office in Limassol has an opportunity for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join its dynamic team. This permanent position is well-suited to an individual who is self-motivated and wishes to gain hands-on experience in a supportive workplace.

Monthly salary

negotiable – based on experience, qualifications and skills

Working days and hours

Mon-Thurs: 8am-6pm (1hr lunch break)

Fri: 8am-1:30pm (subject to rotation)

Responsibilities

  • provide administrative support to colleagues
  • manage agendas for upper management, calls and correspondence
  • create and update records and databases of the firm
  • visit competent authorities for execution of certain work on behalf of the firm and its clients
  • prepare and attend meetings with clients and lawyers (as may be required)

Qualifications & Skills

  • diploma/degree in business management or office administration or secretarial studies
  • very good knowledge of MS Office, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • very good Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • knowledge of the Russian language (regarded as an advantage)
  • knowledge or skills in marketing (regarded as an advantage)
