Duties and responsibilities include

  • Greeting and direction of visitors to the appropriate contact at office.
  • Answering, screening and forwarding of incoming phone calls & emails.
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing of daily mail/deliveries.
  • Managing and ordering front office supplies.
  • Updating of calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for different stakeholders.
  • Keeping updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Performing of other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc.

Qualifications

  • Any secretarial studies are considered an advantage.
  • Experience in similar position is considered an advantage.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Russian speaking is considered an advantage.
