Mallouppas And Papacostas Group: General Administrator – Nicosia
Mallouppas & Papacostas Fashion is looking to hire a General Administrator for the Head Office in Nicosia, for the Brands Intimissimi, Calzedonia & Falconeri, to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
Candidate’s Role
- Assisting the company departments with the daily tasks
- Communicating with external agencies and associates
- Providing administrative support and managing departmental queries
- Preparing regular reports as assigned
- Organizing important and confidential company documents
- Schedule meetings and interviews
Candidate’s Qualifications
- Work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role will be considered an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal command of Greek & English language
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
