ACA/ACCA TRAINEE
Our firm is seeking to recruit a university graduate to train as a Chartered or Certified Accountant, to start work by the end of this summer. Candidates will ideally have recently completed their university studies or be in current employment.

Responsibilities:
Trainees will initially work as bookkeepers maintaining accounting records, including preparation of payroll and VAT returns, mainly for owner managed businesses. Trainees will then work on audit assignments for a period, and may later specialize in other areas of the profession such as tax or insolvency. The firm may arrange for, and bear the cost of, academic and on-the-job training necessary for the trainees to become ACA or ACCA qualified.
Qualifications:
The successful candidates should have a good university degree, not necessarily in the field of accounting. Applicants should be self-motivated, proactive and able to assume responsibility early on. No prior accounting-related experience or knowledge is required.
Remuneration:
Above-market remuneration will be offered to attract the best candidates, including membership of the firm’s provident fund, as well as paid study leave and ACA/ACCA course tuition fees
