Seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant for the Accounting department.

Responsibilities / Job description

  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Be able to place orders and contact the factories
  • Arrange meetings with clients for deliveries
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
  • Follow up each project stage
  • Able to place orders and contact the factories
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports

Requirements

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Fluency in Greek and English language
  • Filing / Paper management
  • Typing / Written communication
  • Microsoft Office & Excel – Computer Skills
  • Outlook
  • Previous experience will be an advantage
  • Customer service skills
  • Good Communication and Organization skills
  • Self-motivated and flexible
  • Attention to Detail
