AT A GLANCE

Joining the TUI Destination Experiences Team as IT Technician in Cyprus & Malta, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing the IT resources and infrastructure, ensuring the delivery and smooth operation of network and IT services in Cyprus and Malta and coordinating any IT related topic with TUI Destination Experiences Headoffice. IT services include Windows PC & Server platform, LAN, WAN, Internet Access, Voice, Video, email, and support locally all the business applications hosted and managed by the IT central team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• You will manage local IT Infrastructure, telephony and applications incidents and requests as well as providing first and second support level

• You will provide support for incidents and requests regarding network, workplace, telephony, call center, PC, applications, telephony, mobile devices, tablets (e.g. iPads), office and server room infrastructure

• You will guarantee timely problem solving (Service to internal users) and manage the local employee on boarding and off boarding processes

• You will check data office infrastructure such as Cabling, UPS, AC, Power generators and backups

• You will participate in local and international IT projects and manage telephony, videoconference and meeting room infrastructure

• You will need to work independently and proactively collaborating with the central IT team based in Palma, Spain

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Three to five years’ relevant experience in similar field

• Experience working and managing third party providers

• Able to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical people

• Knowledge of business and IT applications

• Good technical background in IT Infrastructure

• Any experience in VoIP solutions, Managed Print Services (MPS), Document & Workflow Management are highly evaluated

• Project management experience advantageous

• IT budgeting experience

• Implementing Information security policies

• Any certification in Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, ITIL Foundations/Service Manager, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) would be an advantage
