Ζητείται Οffice Administrator (annual salary €12.000 – €14.400)

Frotcom Cyprus: Office Administrator – Λευκωσία

Requirements:  

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Office Administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting (Higher)
  • Strong attention to details
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Customer Relation Management (CRM) software will be an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language is a must

Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence
  • Update database or records with new information ad hoc
  • Transfer data from paper format into computer files using optical scanners
  • Create spreadsheets with large number of figures
  • Assistance to the accounting department
  • Work with the company’s CRM or leads, contacts and related data
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Cater for internal meetings
  • Maintain a trusting relationship with suppliers and customers
