Green Olive Films Cyprus Ltd: Office Administrator – Nicosia
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages etc.)
- Provide back office support in various projects
- Prepare, Maintain, Review and update procedures manuals, policies and other business documents
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements as assigned
- Perform various general office duties and administrative duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree of College Diploma
- 3 years of working experience is essential
- No previous experience in the production industry is needed
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Strong computer skills
- Fluent in Greek and English – both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
