Green Olive Films Cyprus Ltd: Office Administrator – Nicosia

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages etc.)
  • Provide back office support in various projects
  • Prepare, Maintain, Review and update procedures manuals, policies and other business documents
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements as assigned
  • Perform various general office duties and administrative duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree of College Diploma
  • 3 years of working experience is essential
  • No previous experience in the production industry is needed
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Strong computer skills
  • Fluent in Greek and English – both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
