Cyprus Casinos (Operated by MELCO Group) is looking for Attendants ,EVS in Limassol.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Attendant, EVS is responsible for the effective and efficient cleaning of assigned areas; these areas include internal, external, washrooms, back of house and depot, in accordance with the established Minimum Standards and Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) of the company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cleans all areas in accordance with the established Standard Operational Standards (SOPs) to achieve set Minimum Standards;
  • Holds a thorough knowledge of cleaning operations and performs all assigned cleaning duties to the satisfaction of the supervisor;
  • Holds a thorough knowledge of the casino and hotel layout, in order to ensure that guest queries can be answered or referred promptly;
  • Adheres to all security and maintenance procedures and practices, including reporting any unusual or suspicious incidents, hazards or people, complaints and missing or damaged items in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Communicates with fellow team members and other related departments to proactively service guests in the event of any emergency;
  • Adheres to all established health and safety requirements to ensure the safety of our staff and patrons;
  • Capable of performing repetitious duties;
  • Acts as part of the company’s ambassador team while working in the public area;
  • Adheres to all Company policies and procedures;
  • Reports accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors;
  • Performs other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time

Skills / Competencies

  • Patience;
  • Ability to follow through;
  • Ability to work in smoking area on rotation basis;
  • Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis;
  • Ability to work on overtime when needed;
  • Excellent interpersonal/presentation skills are preferred
