Sykes Cyprus is looking to hire an Office Administrator.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- University/College educated or 3 years of experience in similar position
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Greek. An additional language will be considered an advantage
- Computer literate – very good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills / Telephone manner and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail required
- Comfortable working in an international and high-pressure environment
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Create and maintain agendas (meetings, interviews etc.)
- Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Back office support
- Assist management team with general administration
- Filing, including making up employee files and the filing of the HR paperwork
- To support the HR department with immigration and social insurance procedures
- Generate contracts of employment for new hires.
- Assist in external jobs
- First point of Contact (phone calls and visitors)
