We are seeking to recruit an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR for the position of Administrator, who will be based in our Larnaca Office.
The administrator will perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.
- A College Degree is required preferably with college degree in Secretarial and Administrative Services.
- A High School Diploma is required.
- Work experience preferable but not mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and the English language (verbal and written communication skills).
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Knowledge and use of internet is required.
- Highly-organized, polite, kind and responsible person.
- Excellent, communication, PR and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable and resilience person.Ability to work under pressure and within time limits.
- Professionalism, integrity, honesty.
