David Spyrou Estates: Secretary and Sale department Assistant – Λάρνακα
Our company David Spyrou Estates is looking for a Full – time a person as Secretary and Sale Department assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and on the sales department as well.
The interested person for the post must be from 24 years old until 35 years old max and must present her university degree preferably U.K.
The university diploma must be related only for secretarial studies or relevant professions to the Real Estate field.
The responsibilities for the Position:
- P.A to the Director of the Company
- To provide an efficient, smart and welcoming front-of-house point of contact for all visitors
- To manage timetable, associated filing systems.
- Excellent Greek and English communication skills – both oral and written
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, outlook
- Excellent written descriptive report of a real estate property and a translation from Greek to English for purpose of selling the property
- A pleasant and polite attitude
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workloads
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
