CORPORATE ADMINISTRATOR / COMPLIANCE ASSISTANT
Larnaca based international Business Consultant Company is looking for a Corporate Administrator Compliance Assistant:
Requirements of the successful candidate
- Proven working experience in the field of offshore companies (at least 2-3 year’s).
- Strong computer skills on Ms Office, high attention to details and ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
- Fluency in Greek & English (Written & Spoken), knowledge.
- Responsible for the day-to-day updating of the corporate database consisting of offshore and onshore companies.
- Comply with KYC requirements and keeping updated records in the database.
- Liaising with service providers, authorities and various external parties as may be requested from time to time.
- Document flow including dispatch of documents via international/local couriers.
- Secretarial Duties / Assistant to Compliance Officer daily work.
- Professional manners through phone calls and e-mails.
