Counter Operations Validator
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To offer quality customer service and validate transactions and requests promptly, accurately and efficiently according to the Bank’s procedures and guidelines
- To serve as the Relationship officer for individual clients’ portfolio
Candidate Profile/main requirements & competencies
- Prior experience of 1-2 years in teller duties and individual relationship customers management
- University degree in a Banking related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, responsible and trustworthy individual
- Fluency in Greek and English (any additional languages will be considered as an advantage)
