1.  Kitchen Cleaner-Dish/Pot washer

Cleans dishes, pots and equipment in a safe and sanitary manner, following departmental policies and procedures.

Works in all kitchen areas cleaning floors, walls, and equipment.

2.  Cook, A la carte lunch meals – Hotels

A la carte lunch meals – Cook with experience

Responsible for the overall day to day operation of the Pool Bar, a la carte kitchen. Preparing hot and cold food.
Plating and presentation/garnish, as directed by the Head Chef. Accountable for food quality and guest satisfaction within this outlet. Reports to the Head Chef. Controls and expedite daily service to ensure orders are served correctly
and timely. Writes preparation lists and order lists to ensure accurate, timely and consistent delivery of all menu items. Knowledge with preparing a variety of meats, seafood, fish, poultry and other food items. Closes small kitchen
properly and follows checklists. Performs other duties as assigned by Head Chef.

2-3 years’ experience in similar position . Experience preferred with a la carte lunch meals.

3.  Sous Chef Hotel

Second in command, reporting to the Head Chef. Hands on. Very good record of kitchen and staff management. Working knowledge of MS office such as word and excel.

4.  Butcher

To prepare raw meat and raw fish, so that cooks can finish off cooking process.
Professionalism, good health condition, strong person, able to calculate quantities based on persons to be servedΚοπή κρέατος και ψαριού, προετοιμασία και παρασκευή.
Συνέπεια και μυϊκή δύναμη, επιδεξιότητα, υπολογιστική ικανότητα.

5.  Hotel waiter/waitress

Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests. During busy hours, they may be under pressure to serve guests quickly and efficiently.

6.  Cashier – Hotel restaurants/bars

Manning the point of sales at different hotel F&B outlets, and handling cash, credit or visa transactions with guests.

We are looking for an accountable cashier to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Duties and responsibilities include: greeting guests, resolve guests’ complaints, meet – greet – assist guests, keep reports and transactions in an orderly manner.

Requirements: proven working experience, pc knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (cash register, visa machine, etc). Guests’ satisfaction oriented. Attention to detail and simple mathematical skills. High school certificate.
