NIKHI Developers Ltd: Ζητείται Reception Administrator – Λεμεσός

NIKHI developers Ltd is looking for a Reception Administrator for full-time employment.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Present and promote the company, its projects and activities to clients and agents via direct e-mail or through telephone.
  • Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
  • Creating cooperative relationships with colleagues in order to achieve goals.
  • Assist with the CRM registration of new listings and or clients and agents.
  • Answering to telephone calls and assisting with enquiries.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the office and conferences rooms, and provide assistance to in meetings with coffee beverages and others.
  • Assist the team with various administrational duties.
  • Stocking of office supplies and stationary.
  • Stocking of kitchen with milk, sugar, coffee.
  • Assist the executive director with his daily organization on meeting and tasks.
  • Process and deliver internal and external mail

Minimum requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the office administration, preferably real estates.
  • University Degree in Business administration or related will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong MS office skills (especially Microsoft office excel)
