Serelia Ltd: Ζητείται Πωλητής/ Πωλήτρια – Λευκωσία

We are looking for sales assistant.

Duties:

• Helping customers in store.
• Answering the store phone.
• Answering customers’  questions about specific products/services both physically and in social media
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Manage shop cleaning when needed
• Manage returns of purchases and arrange exchange.
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to superior.
• Preparation of parcels for courier shipments.
• Well organised and able to work under pressure.

Languages: Greek and English (to communicate with customers)

Experience will be considered as a plus but Fresh candidates are also welcome.
