Base Serviced Offices Ltd: Office Administrator – Nicosia

Main Responsibilities

The main role of the office administrator is to provide effective and efficient front desk administrative duties:

  • To ensure that the office functionality, working order and safety is maintained at all times
  • To ensure that a professional image is constantly portrayed and that clients and their associates are treated cordially, confidentially and with respect
  • To provide administrative support to clients for services agreed with Base Offices
  • Work in an effective, cooperative manner with other team members to achieve common goals

Requirements:

  • A university degree in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies or Business Administration
  • 1-2 years of previous relevant experience
  • Proficiency with PC’s and computer programs including Microsoft Office
  • Accurate typing skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Pleasant and positive personality, with a can do attitude
  • Very good written and electronic communication skills
  • Experience in use of social media
  • Proven fluency in the use of the English and Greek language, Russian will be considered an advantage

The position is full time, 40 hrs per week. Working hours 8:30am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 5:30pm Mondays to Fridays. Reports directly to the Operations Manager and Directors.
