Wojnar International Ltd: Part time Office Assistant – Λεμεσός

As brand owner of various well known food brands in Austria and Germany, Wojnar International Ltd is responsible for all international and national Marketing, Sales and Sponsoring activities in new and developing markets, running its operations from its Limassol based office. Currently we are seeking to recruit a part time Office Assistant to support the office duties throughout the week.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of documents
  • Provide support in basic accounting
  • Carry out the communication with internal and external departments regarding documents that need to be executed as per management guidelines
  • Prepare relevant documents/letters as requested by management
  • Carry out of out-of-office tasks as assigned by management (e.g. post, groceries, other)
  • Carry out any other relevant administrative work as assigned by management

Key Skills/Experience:  

  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience
  • Very good skills with MS Office
  • Previous experience with basic accounting will be considered a plus
  • Fluent English in written and spoken a prerequisite; German will be considered of high advantage
  • Greek will be considered a plus
  • High attention to detail
  • Very good communication skills
  • A good team player
