Secretarial Administrator / Receptionist
- Hold a diploma in secretarial / administration services or other related field
- Experience in a professional environment, accounting or fiduciary services environment will be considered an advantage
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Pleasant personality with positive attitude
- Other knowledge on servicing international entities will be considered an advantage
- Call answering, mail handling and general correspondence handling
- Photocopying, faxing and filing of documents
- Meeting schedule
