SoldOut Tickets: Personal Assistant – Λευκωσία

SoldOut Tickets is currently looking to hire a Personal Assistant with Graphic Design and Web Handling Knowledge.

Qualifications / Responsibilities

  • Excellent Knowledge of Excel and MS Office Applications to generate reports
  • Strong Communication, Customer Service Skills and telephone skills to handle Client requests and needs
  • Very good Knowledge of Illustrator & Photoshop to support design needs for portal
  • Web handling/uploading experience or web design knowledge to handle event/ticket uploading material
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Strict attention to detail especially with numbers
  • Knowledge of social media handling
  • Very Good Knowledge of Greek and English in both written and oral forms
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated while maintaining a professional approach and meet deadlines.
  • Experienced working with a cloud-based ticketing/booking or other system will be considered an advantage. Be willing to become proficient with uploading material and comfortable with generating pricing data on SoldOut Ticket’s event ticketing platform.
  • Minimum 4 years working experience
  • Familiarity with the event/ticketing field concepts, practices and procedures and knowledge of the events/venues/producer scene in Cyprus will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours: Daily: 9am-4.30pm
