Key account manager

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Delivery of sales targets

  • Delivery of new business targets in TFS, DCC and Digital (Digital is yet to be introduced to the country)

  • Delivery of account specific contractual obligations

  • Cross sell GB products to existing accounts

  • Coordination with Global Account Managers where applicable

  • Customer relationship management

  • Monitor and manage debts level of assigned accounts and minimise bed debts exposure

  • Improve merchants knowledge and expertise with our services

  • Accurate account management delivering the Sell-out objectives:

First / ongoing training

Maximize TFS business (IR and RR management)

–  Maximize DCC business (Hit Rate management)

–  Business Statistics analysis, presentation, discussion and action

  • Action plans and store visits in line with company segmentation model

  • Accurate use of CRM to plan, record and report account specific activity

  • The position entails travel all around Cyprus and the successful candidate must be willing and able to take on such a mobile position

Background and Education

  • Genuine sales talent with strong results orientation, passion and determination to reach sales targets

  • 3-5  years account management experience ideally in acquiring/payments services or financial services

  • Written and spoken English – all internal communication done in English

  • Some IT understanding an advantage

  • Hotel Industry experience and Payments Industry experience considered an advantage
