- Handling of customers inquiries through various sources and media
- Managing incoming and outgoing daily correspondence
- Publishing on line advertisements for company’s properties
- Performing other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing e.t.c
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Secretarial degree
- Excellent command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent command of the English and Greek language, both verbal and written
- Basic level of Russian language
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
- Previous experience in real estate field will be consider as an advantage
Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 08:30am – 01:00pm 02:30pm – 06:00pm
The position offers a competitive remuneration including 13th salary.
