Pafilia Property Developers Ltd: Office Administrator – Paphos

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate department activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to department policies
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Manage agendas/appointments etc for the Middle Management of the Department
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages etc)
  • Create and update records and databases of the department
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Provide support to the Technical Dept. team members whenever necessary

Necessary requirements:

  • High School diploma BSc/BA Degree in Administration or relevant field is preferred
  • Candidate must be fluent in English and Greek both written and oral. Russian or Chinese will be considered and advantage
  • Demonstrate exceptional human relations and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent Knowledge of Ms Office, showing confidence in working with word processing, spread sheets, databases
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously
  • To act with professionalism and integrity
  • Pleasant and professional approach
