Aston American University: Student Adviser – Limassol
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Student Adviser full- time position to join us at, Aston American University. You will be the point person of all contact for emails, telephone, online inquiries to Student Support Services, dealing with all inquiries professionally and efficiently. You will need to have knowledge of University Services and procedures to provide suitable information to students.
Please note that you must speak fluent English for applying for this position. The job position is for candidates who will be able to work in Limassol.
The Student Adviser will be responsible for:
⦁ Responding to emails from enrolled students who need assistance
⦁ Outbound calling to follow up with students
⦁ Providing excellent customer service on a wide range of distance learning courses
⦁ Enrolling students in a suitable course
The successful Student Adviser will:
⦁ Be familiar with Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word
⦁ Be target orientated and self-motivated
⦁ Work well as part of a team
Full time position in office is required – 10:00am – 6:00pm
There will be evening shift once or twice a week and this is mandatory for the student adviser position.
