PARIMATCH, proud sponsor of APOEL, is an International online sports betting company with over 1,600 employees in the CIS region and is now expanding to Cyprus. Is looking to recruit for the Offices in Limassol and experienced HR Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
International Selection and Recruitment for all Lines of Business
• Maintenance and administration of HR matters including the personnel database and records
• Induction & onboarding of new employees
• Organizing and monitoring employee training and development in line with company needs
• Manage and communicate employee related matters and policies:
• Benefits & Remuneration
• Performance Management and improvement systems
• Employee Relations
• Responsible to work on aspects of Organizational Development and Change Management
• Responsible for compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees (Cyprus and International)
Qualifications & Experience:
• Relevant degree in Human Resources
• Fluency in English & Greek language is a requirement. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of MS office
