We need your competencies to:
- Organize the day to day general administration and smooth running of the office, along with scheduling meetings, maintaining diaries and making appointments.
- Co ordinate and administer all travel arrangements.
- Organize and maintain records of our accounts and budget system.
What else do we need?
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant or office administrator.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Greek and English language.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Elementary or Intermediate Level Accounting Certificate is preferred.
- Office Administration or related diploma or certification would be considered an advantage.
