Kriel Properties: Sales Administrator – Λεμεσός
Kriel Properties a land and building Developing company, based in Limassol is now seeking to employ Sales Administrator:
- Responsible for all price lists – Residential and Commercial for Sales and Rentals
- Prepare Agency and Promotional Agreements for local and overseas collaborators.
- Answering telephone calls and providing initial information for properties.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports regarding enquiries.
- Maintain Company’s CRM System.
- Support all Agents with promotional material, prices, presentations, pictures, etc.
- Coordination with other departments for pre-sales and after sales enquiries.
- To follow ISO procedures
- Working closely with our overseas representative offices
- Preferably holder of University degree in a Business related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate sector with a proven success track record
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek languages both written and oral.
- Dynamic, energetic and results driven
- Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information
- Driving License
