CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- To promptly and accurately complete all necessary documentation for the purpose of renting a vehicle to a customer as instructed by the Hertz’s procedures.
- To meet customers and deliver rental vehicles as instructed by the Hertz’s procedures.
- To accurately receive from the customer the vehicle rental amount and/or any documentation in relation to vehicle rental payment (e.g. Vehicle Rental Vouchers).
- Τo handle customer queries regarding price quotations and/or complains.
- To assist in record retention and filing as instructed by his/her immediate manager.
- To receive reservations from agents and carry out all relevant documentation procedures regarding reservations.
- Assist in the transfer of vehicles for the purpose of collecting and delivering them to customers
- To assist in the transfer of vehicles with relation to maintenance and / or repair procedures as well as in the transfer of vehicles from one location to another as per instructions received.
- To accurately and safely deliver all cash amounts received from customers in relation to car rental or other sales activity to the Station Manager.
- To perform general administrative duties as and when required and instructed by his/her immediate Manager.
