CYPIN Ltd: Secretary / Front Office Receptionist – Nicosia

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Front office receptionist , general internal and external communication on behalf of the company (answering calls, delivery messages, email correspondence etc)
  • General office administration duties (filing, photocopying etc)
  • Provide general office support including customer support.
  • After sales support with spare parts requests, receiving handling troubleshooting calls
  • Issuing invoices and receipts chase payments.
  • Maintain customer data base, support the tendering department
  • Keep records of all documents (tenders, faxes, agreements, maintenance contracts, etc)

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven 2+ years prior work experience in similar or related positions

  • Fluent in Greek and English languages
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word Office
  • A high level of passion to succeed and a strong level of self motivation
  • Be able to work as a team
  • Have the ability to multitask
