- Front office receptionist , general internal and external communication on behalf of the company (answering calls, delivery messages, email correspondence etc)
- General office administration duties (filing, photocopying etc)
- Provide general office support including customer support.
- After sales support with spare parts requests, receiving handling troubleshooting calls
- Issuing invoices and receipts chase payments.
- Maintain customer data base, support the tendering department
- Keep records of all documents (tenders, faxes, agreements, maintenance contracts, etc)
Proven 2+ years prior work experience in similar or related positions
- Fluent in Greek and English languages
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word Office
- A high level of passion to succeed and a strong level of self motivation
- Be able to work as a team
- Have the ability to multitask
