- Managing Agendas for Upper Management.
- Managing Phone Calls and Company’s Correspondence
- Welcoming Guests
- Managing Administrative Filing Systems
- Ordering and Maintaining Office Stationery and Equipment Supplies.
- Dealing with Corporate Administration Matters
- Experience in Office Administration / Secretariat Services
- Fluency in English or other EU language at a professional level will be highly appreciated
- Excellent Communication Skills to work within a diverse Team Internationally
- Professionalism, Integrity and Trustworthiness
