Leatherex Ltd: Secretary / Office Administrator – Λεμεσός

Leatherex Ltd is seeking to employ a highly motivated individual for the position of Secretary / Office Administrator.

Job Description:

  • Secretarial duties. Ability to write professional formal letters and various email communication
  • Book-keeping invoices, purchases, expenses , customer balances
  • Perform any other related tasks required by the office (receipts, filling, payments, invoicing etc.)
  • Daily communication with suppliers and clients

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Greek and English language
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office(excel, outlook)
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time
  • Ability to identify and prioritize daily workload
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Degree / Certification or experience in book-keeping

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00-13:00 14:00-17:00
