Primetel: Call Center Representatives – Nicosia and Limassol

We are looking to recruit part-time Call Center Representatives for the Customer Service Department in Limassol and Nicosia.
- Act as an interface between the customers and the company by providing exceptional customer service and handling customers’ queries and complaints in a professional, courteous and timely manner
- Promote and sell the Company’s products and services; provide guidance to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those products/services best suited to their needs
- Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the Customer Service department
- Previous experience in a Customer Service position
- Educated to a degree level
- Excellent command of the spoken/written Greek and English language
- Computer literate
- Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously
- Ability to understand the technical aspects of work
- Ability to deliver under time pressure
