JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Managing phone calls, e-mails and fax.
  • Managing Agenda for Upper Management
  • Meeting and Greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assisting organizing and coordinating day to day tasks.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Fluent in both Greek and English at proficient Business level.
  •  Computer Literate : Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel , Power Point, Outlook)
  •  Ability to multitask and excel under pressure
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  •  Professional attitude and appearance
  • Exceptional customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in Office Administration will be considered as an advantage.
  • Russian language would be considered as an advantage.
