EverFX: Office Manager – Limassol
EverFX is growing its team, we are hiring an Office Manager for our offices located in Limassol.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
- Managing filing systems
- Provide general support to visitors
- Serve as the point person for supplies, bills, errands and shopping
- Assist office staff in maintaining files and databases.
- Reception of deliveries and postages.
- Assisting with documentation flow.
- Communication with and instructing the building and communal services, including cleaning, courier and delivery services necessary for keeping the office well running
- Other administrative tasks as directed.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
- Fluency in English necessary, knowledge of Greek (and any other extra languages) would be considered an advantage
