Medpool LTD is seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team in Limassol.
Minimum Qualifications Requirements:
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in Office administration or Accounting or relevant field is preferred
- Proven experience as Office Assistant or Accounting assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent knowledge of English Language (both oral and written)
- Coordinate office activities and operations
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the Management Staff
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Follow up debt collections
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
A remuneration package is offered to the successful candidate including 13th and 14th salaries and provident fund after the first 6 month of probation period.
