Medpool LTD is seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team in Limassol.

Minimum Qualifications Requirements:

  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in Office administration or Accounting or relevant field is preferred
  • Proven experience as Office Assistant or Accounting assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent knowledge of English Language (both oral and written)

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the Management Staff
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support accounting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Follow up debt collections
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

A remuneration package is offered to the successful candidate including 13th and 14th salaries and provident fund after the first 6 month of probation period.
