Happy Valley Veterinary Clinic and Pet Hotel aims to hire a Receptionist/Secretary in Limassol.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk operations
  • Deal with customers, calls and all other incoming correspondence
  • Deal with copying, scanning and filing
  • Assist with the preparation of several documents
  • Keep agendas and schedule appointments, arrange reservations, etc.
  • Manage Office supplies
  • Handle the cash register
  • Deal with other tasks in line with you position  (veterinary clinic, pet hotel, grooming, pet shop, pet travel, accounting)

Personality and Skills Required: 

  • Minimum 2 years of  administrative and reception experience
  • Animal Experience
  • Degree in Business Administration or Accounting & Finance or Public Relations or Human Resource Management  is an advantage
  • Candidate must be fluent in English and Greek
  • Fluent Russian will be considered an advantage
  • Have exceptional human relations, communication and service skills
  • Excellent Computer Skills – MS Office, Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously
  • To act with professionalism and integrity
  • Pleasant and professional approach
  • Well organized with excellent communicating skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Well-presented individual
  • Polite, reliable, neat

6 Working Days including Saturday or Sunday
