Personal/ Administrative Assistant for the IT Department of CTC Group

Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc (CTC), the largest trading organization in Cyprus, that operates in a wide range of business sectors, such as import and distribution of consumer products, cosmetics and luxury perfumes, electrical / electronic appliances for home use, retail of fashion items, DIY, home appliances, Commercial and passenger cars, heavy machinery, professional tools and lighting, development and real estate management of major projects, seeks to recruit a person for the position of Personal/ Administrative Assistant, based on the Information Technology (IT)  Department of the Group.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide a full PA Service, including diary management, arranging appointments and dealing with correspondence
  • Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
  •  Take minutes from meetings and circulate to meeting attendees
  • Provide general assistance during presentations
  • Prepare invoices
  • Manage and screen phone calls, inquiries and requests
  • Receive and greet visitors
  • Produce documents, brief papers, reports and presentations
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff
  • Oversee general cleanliness and appearance of the office
  • Provide first level users support
  • Any other reasonable duties as required by Management

Key skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in office management and proven computer skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Outlook, Excel) and other Software packages
  • Excellent written and verbal use of both Greek and English Language
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner, and ability to resolve issues appropriately
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to research, analyze and present material clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, competing priorities and commitment to meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships and  inspire trust and confidence
  • Ability to work under pressure
