Education & Personal Qualifications
- Have a University Degree in Business Administration or Secretarial studies Sectors
- Have strong organizational and analytical skills
- Be fluent in both oral and written English (other languages are considered as an advantage)
- Be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Be an independent, highly motivated individual with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Be a person with excellent work ethic, organized and detail oriented
Tasks and responsibilities
- Executes and keeps records of various transactions and mainly expenditure related. Reporting to the Financial Controller of the company.
- Books airtickets, accommodations and arranges taxi transfers – Communications with the providers.
- Ensures the CEO’s welfare and assists him mainly, but not limited to the office space.
- Arranges meetings and setting calls for the CEO and others and ensures that they run smoothly.
- Deals with daily personal related (of the CEO) or corporate paperwork and communication with the various Service providers and others
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of the office, which includes but is not limited to managing repairs, tenant issues, etc.
- Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, computers, etc.
- Responsible for the facilities of day-to-day operations (such as distributing building access, managing a company apartment etc.)
- Supervises and coordinates overall administrative and office activities.
