MeritKapital Limited, a CySEC licenced investment firm with offices in London, Riga and Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant for their Limassol office.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent (minimum 2.1);
- Minimum 12 years’ previous experience;
- Proficient user of the English Language;
- Must be motivated, career driven and a team player;
- Able to work under pressure and strict deadlines;
- Good organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to research, comprehend, analyze and present material clearly and concisely;
- Excellent written and oral communicational skills.
- Reading, monitoring and responding to exchanged internal and external correspondence (intranet/email/fax/post/online);
- Answering calls and liaising with clients competently;
- Preparing correspondence;
- Managing electronic diary, making appointments;
- Planning and organizing meetings;
- Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries;
- Carrying out specific projects and research.
