MeritKapital Limited: Personal Assistant – Limassol

MeritKapital Limited, a CySEC licenced investment firm with offices in London, Riga and Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant for their Limassol office.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent (minimum 2.1);
  • Minimum 1­2 years’ previous experience;
  • Proficient user of the English Language;
  • Must be motivated, career driven and a team player;
  • Able to work under pressure and strict deadlines;
  • Good organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to research, comprehend, analyze and present material clearly and concisely;
  • Excellent written and oral communicational skills.

Job Description:

  • Reading, monitoring and responding to exchanged internal and external correspondence (intranet/email/fax/post/online);
  • Answering calls and liaising with clients competently;
  • Preparing correspondence;
  • Managing electronic diary, making appointments;
  • Planning and organizing meetings;
  • Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries;
  • Carrying out specific projects and research.
