We are a Cyprus based company with a background of an established International Group which specializes in the area of corporate administration, fiduciary services, flexi office services and related consultancy. We serve a wide portfolio of clients which are located mainly in Europe. Our staff consists of multinational experts who specialize in corporate law, financial and fiduciary services, as well as services related with substantial requirements. In order to strengthen our corporate team, we are currently searching for new colleagues who are looking for a job in the area of corporate administration and fiduciary services.

Job Description

Are you well organized and representative person with pleasant manners with willingness to be responsible for the area of reception and support Back Office department? Then you are a suitable candidate for this role.

Main responsibilities and activities:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the reception
  • First contact with the visitors – welcoming and introduction
  • Courier and daily mail handling and record keeping
  • Meeting room management
  • Telephone and personal communication with clients and suppliers
  • Taking care of common daily company operations
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Occasional organizational assistance to the team
  • Translation of document from Czech/Slovak in English

Required experience and competencies

  • Receptionist is responsible for the smooth run of the reception and should have the following knowledge or experience:
  • Corporate administrator support
  • Czech/Slovak language proficiency (written and oral)
  • English language proficiency (written and oral) – international environment
  • Computer literacy, especially good command of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and reliably
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Capability to handle multitask issues and team work attitude
  • Open minded and proactive work approach
  • Pleasant, helpful and proactive behavior towards clients and colleagues
  • Experience in a similar position is an advantage
