IQ Option is an international software developing company and its main product is the trading platform. For 3 years on our project, we have reached the top 2 position of world leaders and managed to achieve a significant impact on the industry as a whole. Now the product is localized into 13 languages and presented in more than 100 countries.
Due to our growth, we are now searching for an Office Administrator for the working hours of 11:30 – 20:00
Responsibilities of our future teammate:
- Greets visitors and performs general administrative duties
- Books transport and accommodation
- Takes and proceeds with orders for stationery, furniture, lunch etc.
- Manages the budget of the office
- Addresses employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, pc and travel arrangements)
- Assists, organizes and decorates events
- Deals with personal requests from the CEO
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent Russian and English)
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Willing to develop and grow within the financial services sector
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent computer skills
- Stress tolerance
