Athlokinisi Group is now seeking to employ Online Retail Assistants (Διαδικτυακός Πωλητής/ρια).
The role will involve both the routine daily packing and dispatch of orders received, together with associated customer service, and the longer-term development of the online retail business.
Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities:
- Respond to telephone and internet queries and ensure effective communication is taken and maintain customer service levels;
- Respond to routine customer enquiries via e-mail and telephone;
- Organise and dispatch daily customer orders;
- Handle all returns, organising replacements or refunds as necessary;
- Daily management of the online store, social media accounts, email, and mobile channels;
- Make suggestions for improvement to website design, layout and content;
What we are looking for:
The successful applicant should have the following requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position in the retail field and preferably in the field of clothing-footwear;
- has a good eye for detail and accuracy;
- Strong communication skills and ability to participate as a key team member;
- Basic computer knowledge;
- Fluent spoken and written knowledge of Greek and English;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to sustain and create own clientele
- has drive, enthusiasm and initiative.
