- Fluency in Greek and English languages.
- Excellent communications skills.

- Self-motivated person with a result driven approach.
- Ability to work on their own but also as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and to take direction.
- Responsible and honest person.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Telephone and e-mail customer support.
- Manage outbound-inbound calls.
- Verify and update information.
- Capture and insert new information to the corporate database.
