FUNCTIONAL IT Consultants Ltd is seeking to recruit a Office Administrator for the offices in Limassol.

Minimum Qualifications Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Office Administration or Secretarial studies
  • Previous experience will be considered as advantage
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Able to work within a team
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Readiness to work extra hours if needed
  • Time management skills
  • Pleasant Personality

Main responsibilities:

  • OPS / NAVISION Administrator
  • Office Administrative Tasks
  1. Invoicing
  2. Inquiries/ Quotations/ Orders
  3. HelpDesk
  4. Administration of Mobile Devices
  5. Office 365
  6. Filing
  7. Reporting ( Security Systems )
  8. Follow up
  9. Writing IT instructions

A remuneration package is offered to the successful candidate including 13th and 14th salaries.
